Ray's Place for Farewell Dinner

Gail, Paul, Steve, Norm and I. We started our dinner with a plate of complementary Goat Cheese and chips. Made just down the way by a local goat farmer. Ray then provided a sample of fresh sauteed Calamari steak to tempt our appetites. Next up was a tray of Oysters Rockefeller. The house speciality.
As you can see in the picture below we are on the main course. Gail, Paul and I are having sauteed stuffed jumbo prawns wrapped in bacon. Norm settled on the sauteed Calamari steak and Steve is enjoying the sauteed prawns. These prawns are huge!

Farewell dinner at Ray's Place. This is the bar. This is the finest dining on the Baja. This man knows fine cuisine. Ray's restaurant is built up on stilts with a beautiful view of the valley that produces all the organic vegetables we enjoy on a daily basis while on the beach.
