Fresh Vegetables Arrive

Vegetables arrive on the El Coyote. The vegetables are grown locally and sold locally. This is Lupe. She sells fresh Vegetables, Tamales and Pineapple Empanadas. She makes the best Empanadas of all I have tried. Light and flaky dough stuffed full of pineapple. Lupe walks along beside the car shouting V-e-g-e-t-a-b-l-e-s. Ron has selected a hearty bunch of Swiss chard for dinner. I am not sure what Janell has bought but she is letting Lupe count out the money from her hand. The Mexican people often smile patiently at our incompetence with understanding their money.
