Oregon Caves in Southern Oregon

Norm in the Madrona tree hand carved chair. Too cool.
This is a pretty cool chair that we happened upon in the lodge at Oregon Caves. This chair is made out of a Madrona tree that a fellow had to cut down in order to build his house in Cave Junction. The chair comes with a bear skin cushion and a supply of oil to keep it oiled. The cost is a mere $3000.
The visitors center at Oregon Caves. The outside of the buildings here are covered with tree bark.

  1. Can you bring that chair to Baja. It would make great beach art and I guess that it would make a nice beach chair too. I don't think that even Norm could destroy it.
