We call it a Meat-a-pa-loo-sa. Everyone brings their own meat and vegetables for dinner and we cook it on a community fire. Then all the meat and vegetables are piled on a platter to be shared by everyone. Kim has been appointed the designated cook. After all---he is the expert.
