Fish Wheel and Salmon Fishing

This is Jim (our acquaintance from the Baja) and his pal
Bruce. We met up with Jim in Copper Center Alaska for a brief visit and were invited to stay the night overlooking the water and keeping an eye on the fish wheel below. Bruce is decommissioning the fish wheel for a few days so the catch is light this morning.
Jim claimed he was coming up to Alaska to fish. Turns out he meant watching the fish wheel catch the fish. What was he doing with all that free time??? This is the machine that catches the famous Copper River Salmon. Yum! Yum!
