Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum, McMinnville Oregon

I have to admit right from the start,
 I am no aviation/space expert.
I am a passive observer and partner when it comes to touring these facilities. I took a few photos to entice others who are avid aviation/space buffs.

Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum now  has an I-Max showing 3D documentaries, as well as a water park with a  slide down and  out of a Bowing 747.

Just after Orvill and Wilber Wright perfected flight everyone jumped in to create their version of a flight vehicle.

The Flying Boat is constructed  of birch and was first tested in flight in 1947.

The flight instruments are antiquated by today's standards.

The Spruce Goose has the wingspan of a football field.
