4 Wheel To San Juanico on the Pacific Ocean

Steve, Bev, Ben and myself off on a 4 wheel excursion with overnight stay. This road runs out past Ice House road just West of Mulege. We followed the arroyo all the way over to the Pacific.
Good thing it is not raining or we may not have been able to complete this crossing.
First night. We stayed the night in San Juanico. It is really odd. When we woke up the sun was coming up from what looked like the west over the ocean. In reality, the placement of the land makes it appear that the sun is coming up on the wrong side of the globe.
Gas available at San Juanico. This guy did have a pump. Although he pumped it out of barrels.
The gas station at La Purisima is a bit more rustic. This guy siphoned the gas into smaller tank.
He then siphoned that gas into our car by blowing into the tank.
The famous volcanic mound in La Purisima.
The road between La Purisima to The Comondu. We were unable to complete this trip. The road was completely washed out and no way to go around.
This is a cattle guard. The recent Hurricane has eroded the surrounding ground to leave the cattle guard exposed 2 plus feet above the ground.
