Here is an additional picture of us up on Perkins Peak. The valley below is the Miner Lake valley.
Norm and I drove up to a point on this mountain that is just shy of the top of Perkins peak. We took the Miner Lake road for a 4 wheel adventure. We both agree that the jeep has been our best purchase yet.
We are almost to the top. Note the jeep in the left, lower corner.
We stayed at Horn Lake for 3 days. Then on to Williams Lake. We arrived at Williams lake on the 23rd of August. Here for a day for Internet, laundry and groceries. All the smoke has cleared out. The fires are under control.
