Cooking with Mr. Kim

Kim is an excellent Chef who specializes in Asian foods. He has agreed to share with us his delectable recipe for Kai Kwam (fried eggs stuffed with pork and seafood). Kim also spent the day instructing us in the preparation. Here is Mr. Kim chopping the crab meat.
Barbara and I are removing the egg yolks from the boiled eggs. These yolks will be mixed in with the pork and seafood mixture.
Barbara mixing the seafood/pork mixture. Linda in the back ground keeping us all entertained with her laughter. She has a very infectious laugh.
Eggs have been stuffed. Batter has been prepared. Next step ?
Properly prepare the WOK and oil. Dip the eggs in the batter and fry them. We served them at Happy Hour for all the beach. What a delight. Thank you Kim and Linda for sharing.
