Critters in the Bay

We have been graced with 5 Sea Lions this year.  Roaming the shoreline barking randomly  and eating all the  fish.  The  local fishermen may not be happy but  these fat Sea Lions are delighted the the banquet.

Rarely seen Greater Snow Goose. Seen just a handful of times here on the Baja since the 1800's. Another first for us.

This big fellow squeaked by while out kayaking. Silent and stealthy Whale Shark

Juvenile Magnificent Frigatebird. Stand clear of the beak. It is large and hooked.

A snap shot in time from Norm's Drone video of the Whale Shark.
One of those pesky little Nic-ducks showed up here on the beach.  We give them a wide berth when paddling out in the bay. I hear they can be quite aggressive when disturbed.
